The city of Moron hosted the launch of the book “Más Allá de los Sueños” (Beyond Dreams), which deals with the development of the tourist destination known as Jardines del Rey.

The book, written by researcher Larry Morales, describes the first steps taken to develop such an important tourist destination.

In his 170-page book, the author compiles anecdotes, testimonies and information about Jardines del Rey, which consists of Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo.

At present, Jardines del Rey is considered one of Cuba’s major tourist destination, with a potential of nearly 20,000 hotel rooms.

The experts noted that the book even describes the construction of Villa Cojimar on Cayo Guillermo.
