The Copacabana Hotel, located in the residential neighborhood of Miramar, in the Cuban capital, is one of the favorite establishments for foreign vacationers visiting the Caribbean Island.

Built in 1955, the hotel was completely remodeled in the 1990’s and was reopened in 1994.

Owned by the group Cubanacán S.A., the Copacabana Hotel offers 168 rooms distributed in four floors, in addition to gastronomic facilities allegoric to Brazil.

Those facilities include the Itapoa Restaurant, the Ipanema Multipurpose Hall and the Caipirinha Bar.

The hotel also has a diving center and two swimming pools, including a seawater pool, where a wide range of nautical activities are held.

The establishment’s offers are complemented by halls for events and banquets, medical services, babysitting, gymnasium, massage parlor and sauna, among other options.
