The five-star All-Inclusive hotel is owned by the Cuban group Gaviota S.A. and is administered by the Jamaican chain Superclubs.

Gastronomic options are provided by the Gran Terraza Buffet (smorgasbord), five restaurants, two clubhouses, room service and nine bars, including the Cigar Bar and the Piano Bar, among other offers.
