DTC News.- Cuba to Host International Forum on Tourist Transport

Havana | The Cuban capital will host the 2nd Meeting of Tourist Transport Agencies and Professionals in May, contributing to the development of the Island’s leisure industry.

According to members of the organizing committee, experts and companies from 20 European, Asian and Latin American countries are expected to participate in the meeting.

In that regard, they said that the forum would allow participants to exchange opinions about quality, safety and efficiency in tourist transportation, and to promote business opportunities.

Firms operating in the sectors of motor and railroad transportation, cruises, airlines, tour operators, workshops, automakers, financial service providers, informatics, communications and insurance, will take part in the forum.

Professionals from Canada, the United States, Germany, Panama, Holland, Switzerland, South Korea, Egypt, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, France, the Dominican Republic, Israel, Lebanon and Mexico, in addition to Cuba, have confirmed their participation in the meeting.
