The company Habaguanex S.A., which runs tourist establishments in the historic heart of the Cuban capital, will open new facilities.

El Templete Restaurant, located a few meters from the ceiba tree that marks the place where Havana was founded 485 years ago, will open in late November.

The establishment, situated on San Pedro St. (Port Avenue) and Narciso Lopez St., is reminiscent of the Templete Bar, which opened in that building in the 1930s. Renovation works rescued the marine atmosphere of that establishment, where clients can enjoy delicious seafood.

Other plans include the opening of the Bar Cafeteria Prado 12, housed in a building constructed in 1906 on the Prado Promenade.

Habaguanex is enlarging its infrastructure for leisure, including hotels, inns, commercial centers, restaurants, bars and other places of interest.
