Havana.- The Horizontes Rancho Luna hotel, the largest lodging establishment in Cuba’s central province of Cienfuegos, is ready for reopening in the next few weeks.

The 222-room hotel has undergone a broad restoration program over the past 12 months.

The 10-million-dollar investment allowed enlarging the hotel’s facilities for international tourism.

The three-star-plus Rancho Luna hotel will operate under the all-inclusive system, and its traditional services, including an international diving center, will be complemented by other options, such as a restaurant serving Italian food, an Internet cafe and a multipurpose hall.

In addition, the hotel will have a gymnasium, sauna and massage parlor, minigolf course, pharmacy, recreation club and swimming pool for children, among other facilities.

According to experts, Canada is the major source of vacationers for the newly refurbished hotel.
