U.S. citizens have been barred from dealing with a Cuban travel agency operating in Spain, England and the British Virgin Islands.
The Treasury Department order designates Tour & Marketing International Ltd. as a Cuban-linked enterprise, barring anyone subject to U.S. jurisdiction from doing business with it, The Miami Herald reported Thursday.

Tour & Marketing is a tour operation representing the Cuban government’s Agencia Receptora Ecotura and generates resources for the Cuban government, the Treasury Department said.

Most U.S. nationals are banned from traveling to Cuba.

The Bush administration policy stipulates most of the money from tourism in Cuba goes to the repressive regime of President Fidel Castro.

The Treasury Department also added SerCuba to its list of banned companies. SerCuba is an electronic money transfer company.
