New OFAC Cuba travel guidelines

In January President Obama announced that he would be easing the humanitarian, cultural, educational and people to people or “purposeful” travel to Cuba. The official Comprehensive Guidelines for License Applications to Engage in Travel Related Transactions Involving Cuba have been released.
