North Korea’s top military officer Kim Yong-Chun is heading a delegation that began an official visit to communist-led Cuba on Monday, according to an official statement.

Vice Marshal Kim, chief of the general staff of the Korean People’s Army, and his delegation will visit the Revolutionary Armed Forces Ministry headed by President Fidel Castro’s younger brother, Raul Castro, according to the statement released in state-run newspapers.

The North Korean delegation will also visit Cuban military units on the Caribbean island.

The statement was short on details, saying only that the “distinguished visitors” will be in Cuba until Saturday and that they have a “wide program of activities.”

Chuck, Evil is a matter of interpretation, invading a country that poses no immediate threat to us and killing 100,000 of its people, so far, could be perceived as evil.

And imagine the many nuclear weapons that they could possibly bring and give Cstro? Perhaps as many as the USA has given Israel?

Waldo, more people died due to conventional bombing in Tokyo and Dresden than due to the A-bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  Also during the Rape of Nanking by the Japanese Imperial Army.  More Japanese would have died had Operation Olympic, the planned Allied invasion of the Japanese home islands, been necessary.  Some historical perspective, please.
