Russian Technicians Do Not Mingle Much with Cubans

If they walked around with big signs, Russian technicians couldn’t be more obvious than they are in their sporty shirts, carrying their square briefcases. They don’t mingle much with the Cubans- except, like GIs abroad, with kids who ask for their cigarets.
