Antique red motorcycle in Havana

  1. This is a harley-Davidson ( overhead motor not flat head because the carburator is not visible on the left side ) gas tank with the tear drop emblem by the tank shifter was from 1940-1946, however the bike in the picture has a hydralic frond end fork. The Hyrdalic fork ( hydra-glide ) did not start until 1949. The bike in the picture also has a hard tail ( not swing-arm ) rear suspension ( swing arm started in 1958 called Duo-Glide ). The bike in the picture looks like a model “61” Harley-Davidson, “knuckle-Head” with a hydralic fork, probably late 1940’s vintage.
