Women are many times more accurate than men in judgement and measurements of weight, mass, length, width etc. It is therefore quite sensible to give them employment priority in jobs that require accuracy such as cigar making.    I certainly dont view women in such jobs as being exploited. Women are more enduring, more disciplined (at least in Africa!) and more accurate about business potentials for profit and loss. I am a man (who is very happy to be a child of woman!)
