Just Hours Ago ,Cuba said; The Comandante Fidel might Not Run in the Up coming elections,Duh!
This is the Way Cuba announces the transition of the government to Raul.
Who in their right mind would think Castro would be back ?
Also preparing the people for the inevitable news of his physical demised.

NOt in english yet, it came out in the EFE in Spain and I saw it in the Cuban TV channels in Miami.
