I am going to cuba in august can anyone tell me where I can see a cigar factory or take a tour of one or any related topic?

Partagas factory right in Old Havana. Just ask anyone. It’ been there for more than 100 years.

I will be in Santiago De Cuba in October. Am I better off buying cigars in a factory or downtown? Also, how much of a hassle will it be to get them back into the US?
