Best calling card to Cuba

CallingForCheap.com is offering calling to Cuba for 84 cents a minute with no connection fee, maintanence fee and nearest minute rounding which is a big deal for me considering most of these cards charge you with 3-4 minute rounding. This is the cheapest rate I have found.
