I am an American student with an uncanny desire to study in Cuba.  Why Cuba? I would like to learn more about the culture, as opposed to just what I read in books.  No, this is not my Miss America speech. I am serious.  The problem is I am not familiar with the procedure in traveling to Cuba from America.  Maybe I am wrong, but I thought there was a sort of permission issue and that I need ” ligitiment” reason.  I need someone to help me understand this so I can study in Cuba.  Thanks!!
