Naci en Havana,Cuba y a los 10 meses mis padres me trajeron a los estados unidos. We lived in Miami for a few years but now reside in Houston Tx. I am now 20 years old enrolled in community college and dream of attending Miami International University of Art and Design. The problem is my family has no financial means to help me. My mother and I are the only source of income for our family of 4. My father was disabeled after an injury on the job and was laid off. Its been two years of surgeries and he still cannot find work. I would like to know where I should go to inquire about maybe some scholarships or financial aid to assist me in hopefully achieving this dream. Any responses would be appreciated.
