A canadian art agent wants to sign a Cuban artist for exibations in Canada. Would prefer having a permit with the Cuban government. The object is to purchase ship and ebay from the country of Cuba itself. this would require an office and handling personal. It would probably require an automobile of some sort. Am I wasting my money on a vefture such as this.  There is at the moment a demand for the Cuban artist in the market place.
