At last, one elected official is doing what is supposed to be done: carrying out her voters’ mandate! This is exactly what the State Representative for District 38 Anitere Flores is doing.

She is accused of betraying Hispanics because she supports an “anti-immigrant law” similar to the Arizona’s, but the reality is that she is doing the job which voters elected her for, voters who are mainly… Hispanics.

Are we are going to let this called “illegal immigration” continue just because defenders of immigrants cry out every time someone like Flores grabs the bull by the horns?
The illegal status of many in our country is a serious problem that must be taken seriously, just as Anitere Flores is doing.

We cannot let the problem of illegality continue uncontrolled and we cannot let law-breakers go without consequences. We have to do something about it, and that is precisely what Anitere Flores is doing. This is what she was elected to do… much to the regret of those who cannot vote against her because they do not have this right because they are illegally in our country. ¡Viva Anitere!

What does this have to do with Cuban Americans or even Cuban citizens.

Cubans are not coming to the US illegally. If they reach US soil, laws are in place that let them stay.

Don’t confuse Cuban Americans and Cuban immigrants with “illegal immigration”.

Don’t lump Cubans in with Mexicans and other illegal aliens.
