how much costs the pre in cuba for a already married cuban citizen that has already left one time with PVE and has also the recidence card of her spouce country?

The PRE is Permiso de Residencia en el exterior, I think it’s about $120.00 Can. If I remember. This gives Cubans the right to travel to Cuba when they want for as lomg as they want. Contact the Cuban Consolate or interest section.
