I’d recommend that you work on both your spelling and English grammar.  You’ll have to put together some sort of formal plan for a joint venture and a professional presentation with proper English will help you a great deal.

I tend to disagree with such a generalization.  I just returned from Cuba after spending a week with a combination of business and association meetings and a holiday. I found the Cubans to be a very polite, respectful and earnest.  Perhaps a joint venture business environment that offers piecework type incentives such as we witnessed in a local cigar factory would prove worthwhile.

You’re bound to find places around the entire globe with people who aren’t interested in working hard.  Your real challenge is to find the key team members who can find the good workers and keep them working for you.  With more than 35 years in business, I’ve generally found workers right off the farm, or with farming backgrounds as children, to be the best workers.

As this website is blocked by the Cuban government, few Cuban-based organisations will be posting here !

I suggest taht you try finding somewhere else to look for your business partners.

beardo,

I know the site is blocked in Cuba. Do you know that from being in Cuba or did you read it here?

If you find another site where Cuban based organizations post (other than anonymous pro-Fidel commenters), please post it here so we’ll all know.

I know that from trying to access the site whilst in Cuba.

Perhaps someone like Ernst + Young might be able to help the original poster ?
