Hi to all
I spent a lot of time in Cuba in the early to mid 90s and am hoping that someone can tell me the name of a peso bar that I got very wasted in in 1995. The bar was in Cuchillo de Zanja. As far as I can recall it was near the corner of San Nicolas, on your left hand side if you’re looking toward Vedado.
Cheers

Humm, there was two tong run bars on San Nicolas entre Zanya y Dragones…..One was Pacifico that was the famous one, yet closed around the time you are suggesting the other was the disco across the stret that was run by Wang Cung tong and that lasted for 3 or 4 years and is now a restaurant.. so assuming you are looking toward Vedado as you say it was then Pacifico.
