I am looking for work in Cuba with a foreign company, from Canada or Spain.
I am a Mexican, fluent in both Spanish and English.  I have a Bachelor of Arts in
English from Columbia University and over seven years’ professional experience.

I have been to Cuba three times.  I was told the best way to find work and a way
to live in Cuba is by working for a foreign company.

Thanks.  I was referring to companies from Canada, Spain, anywhere else outside of Cuba who are already doing business there.
Sherritt International a mines and minerals company has job openings but they are all engineering degreed.

I don’t even need a job job.  Just permission to stay a while.  I can find a place of my own, for like a year.

So you mean to say that you want a working vacation? Well, how about you try to research on those outreach international organization. You might qualify as volunteer. I just hope the allowance will serve you okay.
