Hi All, Can anybody give me a phone contact number of somebody who is in a senior position in the Public Transport Portfolio in Havana? I would like to try and interest them in a Public Rapid Transport System.

If you are serious about your question, you have a lot to learn about Cuba. No offense but everything in Cuba is run by the Cuban government and public transport system is not open to joint ventures.

You would have to have to know someone in Cuba and probably be there for about a couple years before you had any chance of even making a proposal because you would have to go so high up.

I would suggest going to Cuba (assuming you are not from the US) and learning more about the culture and government.
