38 yr. old white male, born and raised in the US. have traveled abroad extensively and will soon move to either Cuba or Brazil permanently, currently reside in metro-Detroit area and in Las Vegas, as I need the excitement only sin city can offer with time spent in South Beach a close second at times.  I believe the best way to live the American dream is to own you own business, and through investments in the stock market and in real estate.
  This is the greatest time to get rich in real estate and in the stock market that I have ever seen.  Remember smart money makes it on the market going up and on the way down, also foreclosure real estate is available at unbelieveable prices, picked up a condo in South Beach for less than half of what it was going for just 2 years ago.
  These are very exciting times, also with Cuba soon to be the new travel destination of choice for Americans, I believe the travel ban is within 3 years of its end.
