Mr. Stallman argues for the variety of benefits of passage of the House bill 4645.

This bill does not extend credit to the Cuban government.

He argues that allows US citizens to travel to Cuba will further boost ag sales since more Americans would be in Cuba eating food.

Mr. Johnson talks about success of past sales to Cuba and ALL producers have been paid, over $4billion since 2000. US is best country in the world to supply food to Cuba. States that current policy uses food as a weapon.
