Do you want to buy an ECCO E-1000 electric scooter and give it to someone in Cuba?

For $1500, you can through Cuba Envios Inc (305) 999-5343.

However, the person you are sending the scooter to in Cuba must pay customs duties of 200 pesos and they will have to pick up the scooter at the port of Havana.

Although it can take up to three months for the scooter to arrive by boat, the receiver of this gift would be VERY happy to get this new scooter.

This electric scooter has a 1000 watt motor and can be charged from a 100 volt outlet in five to six hours.

They are available in red, blue, black and white.

Shipping Other Items to Cuba

Cuba Envios Inc claims to be the market leader in the guaranteed delivery of parcels from the United States to Cuba.

Items such as cosmetics, perfume, hand tools, flashlights, spare parts for machine tools, light bulbs, locks, apparel and shoes, lingerie and toys. There are many guidelines and restrictions such as weight, insurance, package size etc that have to be considered before sending packages to Cuba.

For all oversize shipments delivered by sea (appliances, furniture, electronics, hardware, auto parts, etc) The cost of shipping varies greatly by size and weight and there is a formula for determining pricing.

Envios a Cuba  is offering the same electric scooter for sale. I am not sure if the two sites are related.

This is not a paid article. I found it interesting that Americans have the ability to send electric scooters to anyone in Cuba so I wanted to write about it.
