Havana.- The Tínima brewing factory, which produces Tínima beer, is installing new equipment to keep beer in barrels.

According to experts, the said equipment, the result of a broad investment project, will allow the factory to triple production.

Another major improvement is the assembly of a bottling line that is expected to start up operations by the end of the year.

The third major investment consists of installing a boiler that will allow improving the quality of beer and malt. It will start up operations in December.

German firms provided the new equipment, valued at 11 million dollars. German and Italian experts are in charge of installing the new technology.
The new changes will result in lower power consumption and high automation level, in addition to an increase in production.
