Havana.- The Palco Hotel, in the Cuban capital, is characterized by its excellent services, especially for businesspeople.

The establishment, which is attached to Havana’s International Conference Center, has 174 rooms and gastronomic and commercial facilities, restaurants and a gallery of specialized shops selling cigars, perfume and handicrafts.

Moreover, guests can enjoy such services as gymnasium, sauna, massage parlor, babysitting, laundry and dry cleaning, in addition to a Business Center.

According to experts, excellence is the key feature of the Palco Hotel, since unlike ordinary tourists, entrepreneurs and participants in business meetings usually have a busy schedule, so they demand speedy and professional services.

For that reason, on two occasions (2000 and 2003), the hotel has received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, granted by Havana’s authorities as an acknowledgement of its good work.
